When you send us a development inquiry, we will start a feasibility study of cross functional communication before quoting. Considering material mechanics, machining accuracy, production capacity load, competitiveness, factory equipment, and any factors that may affect the environment during the production process, we will communicate fully with the customer in advance to ultimately determine whether to quote.

After you agree to the project, our R&D department will hold a kickoff meeting for the new development project. The R&D department will coordinate with relevant departments on customer requirements such as specifications, quality, delivery dates, packaging, and logistics, and designate representatives from sales, quality assurance, R&D, machining, logistics, procurement, and other departments to form the "APQP Cross functional Team". If necessary, customers or suppliers will also join the team. After the establishment of the APQP team, team members will regularly collaborate to study product details and designate a project manager to discuss further design details with the client.

APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) is a systematic approach that determines customer satisfaction by evaluating outputs and supporting continuous improvement. It can prevent losses caused by later changes and ensure timely provision of low-cost high-quality products.
