The metal coating adopts a special formula and achieves the required surface thickness through multiple spraying. In order to meet the requirements of wear resistance, we can also provide international salt spray and corrosion-resistant coating testing for metal components with special requirements for corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of the coating meets international standards.

Surface Treatment Technology of Aluminum Alloy Components

The surface treatment of aluminum alloy components mainly includes anodizing and hard anodizing. Anodizing is based on electrochemical control to form an oxide layer on the surface of aluminum with a thickness of 3-15 μ (hard anodizing treatment is 15-30 μ), which can prevent aluminum oxidation and achieve insulation, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Powder coating can be applied to aluminum alloy parts, and compared with other surface treatments, it has better hardness, acid resistance, and wear resistance.
