CNC Machining, Precision Machining

Weiyu provides services ranging from metal material procurement, molds, fixtures and fixture planning, CNC precision machining to surface treatment. On the metal processing production line, we use vertical and horizontal turning and milling machining centers to assist customers in solving the metal processing needs of high-precision and complex metal parts.

We currently have multiple vertical and horizontal milling machining centers, CNC lathes, and turning and milling centers, which can complete all comprehensive machining processes at once. Not only the current processing scale, but we are also continuously expanding our machining center production line every year. In addition to the current high torque metal processing machines, we have also expanded high-speed processing machines to enhance the high-precision machining capability of aluminum alloys.

Fourth Axis Flip Positioning Machining Capability

In addition to the XYZ three-axis machining capability, the milling machine also adds a fourth axis (rotation axis) to provide multi axis flipping machining capability. Compared with three-axis machining machines, four axis vertical machining centers require flipping, picking and placing, loading and unloading during machining. They can integrate various processes of complex workpieces on the same equipment for one-time multi-faceted machining. This can reduce errors and time-consuming repositioning, lower costs, and improve manufacturing quality.

Four axis machining centers can meet customers' precision requirements, especially when the machining angle of workpieces is limited, such as wind energy equipment parts, engineering machinery parts, or other special parts.

In the manufacturing of precision parts, we use high-tech horizontal milling machining centers to provide customers with high-precision workpiece prototypes and production. It has advanced processing technology with high dynamic performance, high rigidity, high precision, and automation core. 1-2 Process Capability / Machining Accuracy

For machining aperture, the roundness could be controlled under 0.005mm, and the straightness could be controlled under 0.005mm.
The distance between each aperture could be controlled under 0.01mm (special request), or under 0.02mm (normal request).
